Parth Jindal is the Managing Director of JSW Cement and the Founder of Bengaluru FC, one of India’s most successful professional football clubs. He serves as the President of the Padel Sports Foundation, spearheading the growth of Padel in India.
He is also the Founder and Director of the Inspire Institute of Sport - India’s first privately funded High Performance Olympic Training Centre demonstrating his commitment to nurturing athletic excellence. In addition, he is the Chairman of JSW GMR Cricket Pvt. Ltd., where he leads the operations of the Delhi franchise in the Indian Premier League.
Manisha Malhotra is the Vice President of the Padel Sports Foundation, and President at the Inspire Institute of Sport. A former professional tennis player, Manisha is an Asian Games silver medallist.
Over the past two decades, Manisha has been working closely with athletes and brings her wealth of experience to the Inspire Institute of Sport. She previously led the Mittal Champions Trust (MCT), an initiative started to support Indian Olympic athletes leading up to the 2012 London Olympics.
She was conferred the International Olympic Committee’s Women and Sport World Trophy in 2012 for her work supporting women in India to take up sport. An Olympian, having represented Team India at Sydney 2000, Manisha’s expertise as both an athlete and an administrator makes her invaluable to the IIS’ attempts to revolutionize Indian sport.
At JSW Sports, Manisha drove its Sports Excellence Programme, which provides a wide range of support to several elite Indian athletes in various Olympic disciplines.
Karan Bhardwaj is a dynamic sports industry leader, currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at JSW Sports and the General Secretary of the Padel Sports Foundation. With a proven track record of building strategic frameworks and driving high-impact initiatives across Indian sport, Karan plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of emerging disciplines like padel while also steering broader sports development programs at JSW.
His work reflects a strong commitment to innovation, athlete-first ecosystems, and the long-term growth of sports in India.
